In this case there were two

petitions the first regarding one Lee

Athong and the other respecting Mrs Maria Borgia - The Fund in Lee Athing's case was by order of the Court paid to MzS. I. dos Remedios for the use

of the said Lee Athong. be Mr Rimedios entering into a recognisance to account for same.

In Mit Borgia's case the

amount receivest from Vents Trustees was 56957:77.9 (this amount $2000 has by the order of the Court been invested on house property at 8% qulding $ 400-per annum. This will give ff 33/34 per month

but in as much as the court fixed Mr. Borgia's monthly allowance at y so the Official Bustle was authorized to pay out of the

balance of the Fund so much as to make up

the allowance to that amount a copy of the

account is enclosed.

Here are of course only two amou uti — with in see Athong's case & M = paid in 31oo December 1873 and in M? Borgial case $ 139th paid in 6th January 1874.

Referring to the desire of His – Excellency the Administrator that I should. uport on the probate effect of the provisions of the Ordinance 7 of 1873 during the ensuing twelvemonths I regret to say that I have no further reason to anticipate any increase in the number of cases under the said Ordinance that existed at the time of its exactinent.
